Are your sessions covered by insurance?

Good Faith Estimate of Costs:
As part of our commitment to transparency, we are required by the No Surprises Act to provide a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services for self-paying or uninsured clients. If you are paying out-of-pocket for therapy services (e.g., individual EMDR therapy, expressive arts therapy, equine-assisted therapy), you will receive an estimate of the cost of treatment prior to your session. If you have any questions about your payment options, please contact us.
Out-of-Network Services:
If you are using insurance to cover the cost of therapy and I am out-of-network for your plan, please be aware that you may be required to pay a higher portion of the cost. We will inform you of any out-of-network charges prior to your session. If you wish to proceed with services, we will work with you to ensure you have a clear understanding of your potential out-of-pocket costs.
